Camps

Wildlands Camp is for young adults ages 14-17. The camp aims to bridge nature and history creating a greater awareness of the state of Florida and ones place within it. Each week-long camp will touch on history, ecology, and adventure in the sunshine state. Campers will spend two days at Fort King National Historic Landmark in Ocala, and the rest of the week offsite adventuring, exploring and camping overnight.

Crystal River: Middens and Manatees

June 12 – 16

Crystal River and Homosassa Springs offer a completely unique ecological and historical experience. Wildlife includes black bears, bobcats, white-tailed deer, alligators, and river otters. We will kayak through Three Sisters Springs and camp for two nights at Chassahowitzka River Campground. Register here.

St. Augustine: Land of Many Forts

July 10 – 14

This camp focuses on the three forts of St. Augustine, North Americas oldest continuously occupied city. Explore the Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Mantanzas, and Fort Mose while camping at Anastasia State Park. Experience the beach, the ocean and the inner coastal waterway. Register here.

Pioneer Camp: Land of Adventure

July 31 – August 4

Pioneer camp explores Florida life in the 1800s. Build your own 1800s wooden camp chair, visit the Barberville Pioneer Settlement, hike the Yearling Trail, swim at Juniper Springs. Campers will enjoy an 1800s style army encampment stay at Silver Springs State Park. Register here.

Fees

Camps are $175 per camper, per week. Fee includes two nights camping with meals included.
